’tis a small blog but mine own. I don’t even know if many people will read it, but if you do, and you feel moved to comment, great.

I *positively welcome* pluralism and diversity of opinion. But I also value courtesy. This is not a virtual public space. A better analogue would be that of a virtual personal space. Disagree with me, strongly, and I will enjoy and grow as I hope you will to. But if, as in a real life personal space, you became hostile and abusive, you will be evicted and I will lose absolutely no sleep over it

That’s pretty much it. No more rules

This is NOT a question about the rights and wrongs of any proportional representation system.
It is about the democratic principle of whether any party has the right to force through a PR system that has not been discussed and agreed to by the voters themselves.
