I am a full time freelance web applications developer, specialising in PHP and mysql, with experience of drupal, wordpress (including plugins development). I work very closely with Sitewriters developing websites for voluntary, campaigning and charitable organisations.

I specialise in working with small to medium sized civil society organisations, developing web site functionality that furthers their aims and I am fascinated by the potential of social media technology to democratise society, enhance governmental accountability and facilitate collective social intelligence through the wiki-ethic.

This is NOT a question about the rights and wrongs of any proportional representation system.
It is about the democratic principle of whether any party has the right to force through a PR system that has not been discussed and agreed to by the voters themselves.

I want a referendum before Proportional Representation is introduced 57.14 %

I think we should experiment with PR at the local level first 23.81 %
